Rolling Fields

After another day of working in the garden we went to visit the family before heading up to do the weekly shop. Stopped on the way to capture this view of the rolling Ayrshire countryside.

It's been another scorcher and my arms head and shoulders are now starting to radiate heat. With views like this and all this lovely warm weather why would you want to go abroad for a holiday. Long may it continue.

The plans for the garden are changing again. Turf seems to be the better option and it is likely that the slope will be terraced with some small retaining walls to make it easier to maintain. Watch this space, some blips will follow as we make slow but steady progress.
