Sour Dough Baking

You can teach an old Wombat new tricks :). I have enjoyed learning to make sour dough and recently discovered Holly Davis who lives in Palm Beach NSW and teaches both online and via zoom. Can’t believe how satisfying it is to turn these scrumptious loaves out these days. Pity you don’t all live closer… lol
