Woods Walk

Z had an overnight here and M was with her other Gramma so our kids could go to a concert at Edgefield a McMenamins property. This morning we ate blueberry scones ( which composed the abstract yesterday) and went in a little woods walk.
The rest of the day after taking Z home, I did my PT and looked up some stretches to helped my strained butt area. I called my younger brother to see how my Sil with Alzheimer’s was doing in the care facility they found for her. She did well last night and her family visited today and I even talked with her by phone. It was good to know she’s in a safe place and that it may be a good new “home” for her. Time will tell.
