To the Palace Broadway this arvo to meet a friend to see The Teacher Who Promised The Sea (Spain, 2023). It wasn’t on my list, but she’s off to northern Spain and Portugal in September and considered it “research”. Sniffles were heard.

Gillie and Marc’s sculpture is behind the cinema, at the edge of Chippendale Green. As well as the pear, hippo and rhino there’s a panda, a coffee cup and a camera - all things the artists love.
