And here it is … in full bloom

The bird of paradise is standing proud, in full bloom, and the lone star of the bush, at the moment. So exotic it is.

We had a street party this afternoon, good to see the neighbours again, but lots of sickness around. Got to stay clear of catching anything, especially before my surgery.

Been a very social weekend! And great weather as well.
