Japanese Maple.

My Japanese miniature acer is beginning to change colour right now. It is doing well in its large ornamental pot.
Earlier this morning we went for a short walk in Sutton Park and a coffee in Blackroot Bistro.
I’ve been using an ice pack on my lower back since we arrived home.
At lunchtime we are meeting some friends for lunch at Chase Farm.
It has wheelchair access which is really helpful as our friend’s husband is quite disabled. Looking forward to a catch up!
Next door’s Rowan tree is waving about in the wind with its laden branches of bright red berries.
The garden needs weeding.
It is still full of colour but some plants will soon need cutting back after they’ve finally finished flowering.
My Crocosmia is now coming to an end of its flowering period and is producing seeds
Soon be time to set off for the Farm.
