Blooming marvellous!
This ‘white’ agapanthus has gone from strength to strength since we planted it out of it’s pot. I chose this shot as it shows several of the blooms and that it’s not really white but white tinged with lilac.
I think the first time I featured it in blip since planting out it had 18 blooms, last year it was definitely well over 20 and this year it has 33!
An overcast morning but it was very warm at ATN singing, the first for over a month for us. There was a Euryth’mix’ compilation I’ve never done and quite a bit of time was spent on that plus another new song for the Harley gig at the Bank holiday weekend in Baildon. Our leader is away again next Monday and we’re not available the following one as Grace will be visiting, so I may have to go to a couple of Thursday sessions if I want to keep up to speed.
It’s turned out hot since we got back from shopping and that’s when I popped into the garden for my blip. We also have two blue agapanthus flowering, one a very deep blue that I bought last year, and Twister which is blue and white and doing quite well in a pot. The other we planted out I think is pale blue but no flowers yet this year. This one is so prolific it’s making up for that!
