Poor Paul doesn't like having his photo taken much - but he's got a brilliant talent and sense of humour and looks great in his shots.

Today I realised I'm just literally living two sides of the coin. A small part of me is more confident than I have been in years. I'm drawing again, the course this week is great and after 3 years I finally worked up the courage to join the running club and am comfortably numb now in the best sort of way after a great run with lovely people.

The other side.. well, it involves a lot of packing tape and sadness at the moment - jeezy peezy - when does it get easier?
