Oat and raisin cookies
I did a test run from the same recipe book as the successful cupcakes of oat and raisin cookies.
I soaked the raisins in dilute pineapple juice to make them more like sultanas because someone is fussy about their dried fruit.
We’re not sure what the difference between these cookies and flapjack is, other than one is baked in discrete blobs and the other is all smushed together in a tin. I’m not sure we really care that much: they’re tasty!
Pilates is imminent. I’m wearing my new t-shirt. It’s very slinky.
