….and so the deconstruction and break up of the cracked, knackered garage base began. But, unusually in my experience of many trades, Mark and Andy are consultative, considerate and, most importantly, communicative. A timeline of the works was discussed and provided, an early meet with my neighbours was held to warn them of when the noisiest elements would take place, if they’re running late they get in touch. I can put up with a lot if it’s communicated, preferably in advance!
