Sunset over Carter Moor
I've said this before, I feel really lucky having a commute by bike through countryside like this.
This is taken from near Berwick Hill farm Ponteland ( pronounced pon-tee-land) It was a beautiful night and I broke my eight mile record so I'm happy.
What made it better was seeing a Barn Owl, A Deer, a badger, two foxes and I was followed most of the way down the road where this was taken by some sort of bat, it flew about eighteen inches above my head.
I'm into days off now, poor A is at work until 3 am it's bbq time tomorrow and a trip to the Lakes for an epic walk with a work colleague, Blencathra via Bannerdale Crags.
Life is good at the moment.
