Going bonkers

We have a coreopsis in the back which is going absolutely bonkers. It was an irresistible blip in the evening sunshine. It's mainly been rather grey and periodically a bit rainy today, and very very humid. Not pleasant at all.

This morning, I managed to get the front wheel sorted out by a local garage. It was only a puncture, so very cheap to fix. No new tyre needed. Hopefully it will hold. Other than that, by way of excitement, we had a visit late afternoon from a man to look at the outside of the house, notably our fascia boards. Hopefully he will be happy to quote for the work. Hoping to get a second quotation as well.

Amongst all that, I got a tricky 3-4 page paper written.
