The Navvies Train

The Navvies are a team of parents and children who come for a holiday on the railway. They do lots of maintenance along the track, mainly clearing overgrown undergrowth. I signed in at 930 and took the first train up to Abergynolwyn where I helped the station master. It was the pink timetable so there were trains every 20 mins. I was allowed to blow my whistle to let the guard know the station/train was ready to depart so very exciting.
