Hydrangea in the Park

We took our two grandchildren to Corporation Park for a change today.  This splash of colour struck us amidst the greenery as we walked to the play area.

Our trip included a visit to a bank for some change - we will need cash for our trip to Scotland. Shock Horror - banks don't carry many coins anymore!   Another impact following Covid and the widespread much reduced use of cash.

My blip could have been a heron that landed 10 yards away from us. Unfortunately it walked into the bushes before I could get my phone ready.
