The Olympic Bug.

       There's a place, just over the Road for "Special Needs" kids.  
T B H I can't, in truth, say what needs; a mix of physical, mental, both, ? 
       They are quiet, they bother nobody; years ago there was one kid we christened "Howler", the ONLY time we've heard anything.  I think there's a mix of resident & day stay kids.
      As I said they bother NOBODY - BUT - one could be forgiven for wondering why site it in the middle of a residential Estate with nowhere for the staff to park, other than the roadside with a guesstimate, what seems like 2-3 sometimes 4 cars per household.  There was obviously not the same car density way back in the 60s.
       I suspect a few of the kids will not even be aware of their resident Olympians either.
