Reflections of a queue

It rained during the night and I swithered about a swim. Did go but drove. There is still the funny noise. Glad I went as the pool was quiet.

Home to do some personal admin before getting change and heading off to Fringe Day 2. Started off with some lunch at Surgeon's Hall, a very tasty steak summer bowl.

Show 1 was Phil Hammond on saving the NHS in 50 minutes. Funny but designed on the assumption that the election would be post summer and no real acknowledgement that there NHS operates differently in Scotland, no Wes Streeting amongst other things.

My confusion of Hill Place and Hill Street meant it was then a bus to the Northside. Alfie Moore in It's a Fair Cop in a very hot room. Funny and did refer to the differences in Criminal Justice north and south of the Border.

Then a bus back up to George Square for 5 Mistakes that Changed History. It was funny but a wee bit harangue..

Then a melting ice cream sheltering from the rain before a walk down to George Street. Meet up with #3 sun and we went to Adam Hills who was very, very funny. Good value.

Ended the evening taking #3 to Bar Napoli for food before bus home and straight to bed. Busy day and so humid.
