How much?!?

Went to see a life long friend today, we don't see each other very often, we've been saying we must catch up for a couple of years now!

Time...

I know where the years have gone.
We've lived our lives, married had kids, divorced, re-married, brought up our families and become Grandparents, and had loads of laughs and good times with our respective friends.

Seems like only last week that fuel was less than a pound a gallon.
Seems like only yesterday that it was less than a pound a litre...

Tis but a nano second since we were larking -with Jackie and Karen- in the lilac bushes by the beck side, all Famous Five style with passwords and home made badges and thinking that if we cut our wrists and held them next to each others we would all become blood sisters!!!

What larks eh?!

So pleased our penknives were blunt.
