Denver Booted ?. but not Suited

This wee Austin A40 is parked just up the road from the flat and has been left there for a year or so (I think it has a valid Parking Permit or maybe it is not required given the aged and condition of the car). I seem to recall it was in not bad nick when it first appeared but it seems to be in an inexorable decline to full rust status, which would mean that in a few years the wheel clamp will be preventing a pile of rust disappearing.
