Sunday At The Beach

It was a cloudy start once more, but we knew that would change before long.

So after breakfast at J's, we set off to the beach with our newly-acquired snorkel masks with the intention of exploring the deep.

The sea was lovely and quiet to begin with, so we pottered about the rocks looking at all the fish that one is totally unaware of when just splashing about.

They didn't seem to object to our presence and just swayed gently from side to side, with an occasional burst of perfectly synchronised speed, putting themselves just out of reach of any potential danger from us.

So a relaxing few hours were spent in and out of the water, before the beach became quite busy and it was time to go and do useful things.

We will certainly have to do it again next weekend.
