Musician.

After a glorious day of sunshine Mrs W and I went to Harpenden to pick up Mrs W's parents and go to Childwickbury Manor for a private concert of chamber music. Fantastic!

We assembled in the gardens and had drinks, soup and nibbles prepared by Alex Yandell, the author of Cook, Taste, Summer, Smile..

We were then ushered into one of the many reception rooms for the concert conducted by our friend Jonathan. He had organised it as a free concert but all donations going to Garden House Hospice. A terrific idea and great fun had by all.

I chose to blip this chap who came to join us in the garden after rehearsals and before the concert. He's is one of the musicians - but not any ordinary musician. I'm sure snappinjez will recognise that he is a viola player. The tell tale sign being that he had a loaded water pistol in his pocket!
