Acanthus

Today I cycled, administered, ran, and cooked. In the background, my flatmates watched the Olympics.

Jack gave us a couple of acanthus plants in 2020. This one was looking particularly fine today in the evening light.

Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; 7k run; walking (14,947 steps including run).
