Utterly shattered today after another late night volunteer shift left me with a very bouncy brain. That a bunch of cretins can cause so much upset to so many is a national disgrace, spoke to so many terrified people. 

Fantastic catchups (separate) with two dear old friends today. I recently put a post on FB about mental health, about my recent mental health, and I've been overwhelmed by the support I've experienced, by people who've shared a little of their own experience, who gone the extra mile to understand why I might have not been myself for a while.

After a night focusing on the worst of people it was wonderful to be reminded of the very best of people.
