At the coast

It was very windy but not cold when I walked along the beach at Troon today.  It was very busy, being the school holidays, and the windsurfers were out too and having a great time, I took lots of photos but it was hard to get focused at times.  Really enjoyed it though.  

Had a wee laugh with a pair of grandparents who had a little boy with them, about 3 I would think.  They were working so hard building an architecturally perfect castle for him, but the wee boy was very happily playing with his own pail and spade and ignoring the great work they were doing.  But as I talked to them I could see that they were really enjoying it.

Met up with Bob and had coffee and cake.  As we headed home we noticed that the Tattie Shack had moved upmarket, and so we went over to see what was going on, and they have build a farm shop and cafe, quite upmarket too.  Will be trying that another time.

Had a call from H to tell me she had been picking raspberries and fell into the bushes, and lost the raspberries too.  Hopefully there will be more and that her cuts and bruises will heal up quickly.
