Jam

Yesterday was a rainy day, it was not at all  cold but we were treated to a lot of water.  I did not go outside all day.  I made jam, labelled it up and it is now stored up on the shelf.
I have 4 jars of greengage and vanilla and 4 jars  of mulled wine fig jam (this one all ready for Christmas).  There is a glut of strawberries so l may make 4 jars of strawberry and rhubarb (an old Australian Woman's Weekly recipe) and that is my lot.  I don't eat jam but M is fond of some on his breakfast toast.
