"Van Sicklen Family Cemetery | ca. 1842"

Next to the Gravesend Cemetery (1650's), the Van Sicklen Family cemetery is one of the oldest burial sites in Brooklyn NY dating from ca. 1842.

The cemetery is closed most of the year but our local Parks ranger is giving a tour on Aug. 3. Hopefully I make it.

As always, taken with my iPhone 4 with the app Camera+. A link to the original unedited image is below.

First I used the app GradGram to add a gradient to brighten the greens and trees called "Waterfront Lovers"

Next I wanted to age the photo to give it an old vintage look by using "VintageScene"

Finally I used PhotoToaster to add a Soft Frame.
