Ripe apricots

I could have created another collage of photos from today as we paid a visit to the Abbey of Bon Repos, and I did manage some good pics. However, I'd like to remember the taste from today which was of a perfectly ripe apricot eaten at lunchtime. We were finishing up food ready for ouR departure homewards, and I found some apricots in the fruit bowl, which I'd bought earlier in the week. They were just perfect, but I didn't photograph them. These ones were seen later at a market. Would love to make apricot jam with these beauties.
