Olympics yarnbombing

Last night I went to my usual monthly music session.  It was the men's 1500m race and I really wanted to see it so was pleased that it was on the pub tv before we started playing. 

The sound was off and my back was to the screen but I couldn't resist taking sneaky peeks while I was playing!

This morning I went to belly dancing in Ellesmere.  While I was there I couldn't resist taking photos of their wonderful yarnbombing.  There are athletes, flags etc. on the pillar boxesand on trees, it's really clever. Unfortunately one of an ancient Greek athlete has been stolen.  Possibly because he wasn't wearing clothes.

This afternoon I went to Pilates then tonight am going to a practice with Band #2 so a busy day again.
