Lucy

I bought Amelia and Lucy new watercolour pads.
Lucy is drawing/painting characters from a film called Inside Out. All the characters have the names of emotions. She showed me a trailer of the film and it looks to be a good one for teaching children about their feelings and how to deal with them.

I had a good journey up here today, the train from Carlisle to Glasgow was only a bit late.
It’s nice to see all the jobs Johnnie has done in the new house since we were last here. He’s been busy! Fitted wardrobes built, shelving up, organising racks on the inside of cupboard doors, he’s a whizz at stuff like this. He did it all last weekend as he’s working away this week on Outlander in Derbyshire.. He’ll be home this weekend then away for two whole weeks. 
Just as well the girls go back to school next week - Wednesday I think.
