I am allowed to write in the journal today as I have had a poorly paw. 
 
So, when our mummy got up this morning there was fur all over the shower room floor. We sleep in the conservatory when it is hot, but we have the shower room floor to lay on if it gets too hot. Anyway, me and Florence had been fighting, which is why there was a lot of fur on the floor. 
 
I was taken into the main house and Florence was left in the conservatory for a while so that my paw could be examined properly. I limped about a bit and Mummy decided that I had to go to the VETS. Before we went, she decided that Florence needed her breakfast. I saw some of my favourite food being put down and jumped from the windowsill, onto the sofa and then ran into the conservatory; my paw was fine! After a while I did hold it up again, but Mummy said I was a typical male when it came to pain; not sure what she meant by that remark! Mummy decided at that point that I did not need to go to the VETS after all.
 
Today’s picture is of me although I refused to pose properly.
 
The temperature at noon today was twenty degrees Celsius. Overcast, but it did not rain.
