The ghosting in the centre isn’t a mistake.
It’s so I can illustrate why sometimes you might want to use a lens hood to avoid such reflections.
Or it might be user error by someone who really can’t be arsed with lens hoods. Or tripods come to think of it. But that’s a tutorial for a day when I post a blurry photo.
