So long Moy...

...up sharp as always (cat prompted), and then down to the village hardware store to collect some bits and bobs for another project.

Nancy's sister has been over from Ireland for a couple of days to attend the funeral of an old family friend from their youthful days in Broughton Street. Yesterday was a day of funerals!  She needed a lift to the train station for her journey home via Edinburgh Waverley and Turnhouse.

Later Nancy and I invited an architect to come and see us for a chat about some ideas we have for the new homestead and I had a quick spin on my indoor bike because I couldn't be bothered cycling into the gusting wind.

Just before tea, we went for a stroll around the village and I noticed this view. Quite pleasant.
