Not so traditional evening meal

Fishman from Arbroath had herring for first time this year. Time for a traditional Scottish evening meal. Unfortunately no cabbage but allotment yield ingredients a glut of courgettes so they would have to substitute and be served with boiled oatmeal coated potatoes and fried oatmeal dressed herring
