St Ninian's Chapel
We headed south from here down to the Isle of Whithorn in very blowy weather. The blue sky did make an appearance but it felt a bit more like October than August as we went round the coast to St Ninian's Chapel and the Tower. Lots of crashing waves and Bailey's ears were definitely flapping. Back around the harbour and into the community tea room for a lovely lunch with a view across the harbour which had filled up nicely and had added sunshine once we had finished. Back to Garlieston and Dad and I walked the same route as Monday but further round to Rigg Bay. We walked up an appetite for our fish and chips taking advantage of the van being in the village on a Wednesday. Bailey and I rounded the day off with a walk on the beach. Nearly 18 000 steps today, all beside the sea.
