The living and the dead

Coed-y-Felin (mill wood) is a lovely quiet woodland area that is nestled amongst the housing estates in north Cardiff. It is lovingly looked after by a team of volunteers who preserve its natural wildness and I frequently walk the dogs there. The theme for Wide Wednesday is the natural world and I thought it appropriate to blip this lovely dead wood stump that nestles against a living tree. Many thanks to BobsBlips for hosting.
