Tick-Tock

I was in town today to collect something. I was close to the floral clock. The previous time I looked at it they were planting it out.

Today it was in full bloom and the cuckoo was operational. The display recognises the 200th anniversary of foundation of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution. For those who don’t know it is a charity and most of the crews of the 400 lifeboats around the UK are volunteers.

It is good to see it being acknowledged here and at the Tattoo where it is one of the charities they are supporting.
