Finally I found some jam sugar

Been hunting around for jam sugar and finally found some today.

Good job really because the fruit does not stop ripening and the boys can only eat so much straight for the plants.

4lb now in jars.... 5 jars plain raspberry and 3 with added vanilla.

Strawberry jam next.

Then I think I will have a go at lemon and lime marmalade.
