Hummer wars accelerate

The downey woodpeckers (AKA;the big hummers) have been using the hummer feeders for the last couple of years but suddenly this male hummer decided enough is enough. This started with the hummer making close passes to the downey and complaining.(The downey ignored him.) The hummer then took off. Then came back and sat on the crook holding the feeder up and watched for a few minutes. Then he tried the stand off maneuver above. Finally he decided to just use the flower on the other side and alternated that with sitting on the crook giving the downey dirty looks.
