Ventoux

Spent the morning sorting out a week's worth of back-blips whilst drinking coffee and then the afternoon passed by in a blur of swimming, shopping, park action with the girls and the glorious spectacle of the Tour De France (on my telly, not in the park obviously).

After Hull the previous week, and then Bute last week I think I'll stay put for the next few weeks. I ain't going nowhere.
