Waiting

.. for a steroid injection in my foot. I worked in health for years, but still find these rooms (a) daunting and (b) fascinating. The history could easily be lost as we are instructed to turn cell phones off. Oh well: here's to posterity.
At the time I am uploading this the local anaesthetic is still mostly working.

Thank you all for the lovely messages and hearts for my 500th Blip yesterday. It means a great deal. 

And my apologies for being a little tardy with your journals: we have weekend guests., but I will be back to my usual life next week.
