Ring around the Rosey
A real "just mess about" sort of session with this one, so apologies for the results. It is getting as far fetched as the Woodmen, lol. I have gone with the stated title of this song because it suits my blip better, but of course am itching to sing the British version
Ring-a-ring o' roses,
A pocket full of posies,
A-tishoo! A-tishoo!
We all fall down.
Urban legend says the song originally described the plague, but folklorists reject this idea.
This is a wedding favour. It is maybe a vintage rose, but in any case the favour is vintage, with the sugared almonds inside long gone, but fortunately the happy couple still together. It is presented on a vintage style Fortnum and Mason's hamper.
So how can it be in the distance? Easy. The inappropriately label of Macro on my Canon telephoto lens means you can take a small object from a minimum distance of 1.1metres - useless. So from my viewpoint on tiptoes way way above the rose, it was in the distance to a farcical extent, hence I wouldn't normally use this lens for this kind of thing. Sorry.. can you be sacked from this site for abusing challenge themes?
