Sweet tooth

The good thing about having to limit fat is that it tends to limit sugar as well. Deserved a sticker from the dentist but I didn't get one (probably because I haven't been for four years!) I like this softly spoken one though so I think I'll see him again more quickly next time.

Sarah and I were supposed to be walking this afternoon but the weather turned rubbish so we turned to the coffee shop and had a good ol' natter. I got my walk in in the sunshine to the dentist instead.
