Dehydrated yellow summer squash
Well, I tried this as a possible snack as was advertised.
Hmm…. I’m not sure that the flavor of the Apple cider vinegar is the right flavor for squash. The recipe said to use a mixture of Apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and salt to dip the pieces in before dehydration.
I believe all is not wasted. They should be good as an ingredient in vegetable soup.
