Chris Ofili

I got the train to Edinburgh where I was meeting old Uni friends, one of whom I’d not seen for 16 years as she lives in Canada. It was nice to catch up though Wilma and I were shocked at how racist she is.

We had a nice lunch at David Bann a veggie restaurant. (I had a tasty aubergine Kofka).Then the Canadian headed for the shops and Wilma and I went to Dovecote studios to see the Chris Ofili painting which was done prior to the tapestry.

I also went upstairs to Dazzle to get some earrings for #3 daughter’s 47th birthday tomorrow. I hope she likes them.
