Hunners

On my way to the allotment I visited the post office to send a couple of CDs to friends in Belgium. The poor man behind the counter had to fill in massive customs declarations (and of course the names of the addressees were quite foreign and tricky!). Another Brexit benefit, no doubt.

Dave only re-upped the bird food a couple of days ago, but it was all gone. This definitely looks like a second brood - I think there's one top right who's still asking for food from the parent. My goodness, there'll be a lot of pressure on living space come the colder weather - some of them will surely have to migrate (although apparently sparrows do this very reluctantly, keeping the distance to a minimum).
