Exotic

This morning I went to Evian with a ready-made lunch and delicious things bought at the market.   I sent a few hours with Jean, but conversation was extremely difficult as he has suddenly become extremely deaf, one could say 'stone-deaf'. He has an appointment with an ear specialist at the end of the month... until then it's almost impossible to communicate... I had a croaky voice from shouting (even that he couldn't hear). Oh my, poor fellow, just one thing after another as his health declines.

Anyway, I left some delicious food for him that will make two more meals.

Extra: Apparently it's International Cat Day today, so of course, Honey needed a photo! She is all stretched out enjoying the fan when it comes her way! Sweet girl!

The day started off wonderfully overcast and cooler, but by midday, it was hot and very humid again.

The flowerbeds along the lake in Evian are sublime and this is just one of the flowers. I do not know the name.

Now I have to go and sit in front of my fan as I'm hot and sticky, just spending this short moment on the computer.
