Abstract Thursday: ICM and/or Multiple Exposure
We've had a busy but lovely day, visiting some old friends of my Editor from University days (so they go back a long way!). For years they've lived about 40 miles south of Newcastle, where we went today - but they're soon moving to Cheltenham to be near their son and daughter (and grandkids) so visiting each other won't be quite as easy. However we can fit in occasional visits there when we travel to Bath to see our Son#2.
When we got back quite late it was beginning to get dark, and raining hard, so I took my blip quickly in the garden. I used the Olympus "Live ND" function which uses a multiple exposure technique to simulate a long exposure, and used Interntional Camera Movement too. The subject was our Begonia flowers growing beneath a trellis - you can just make out one or two of the diamond shapes of the trellis in parts of the photo.
Thanks as always to Ingeborg for hosting, and suggesting yet another fun theme.
