Early mornings

Cranky this morning.

What's worse than getting out of bed early when you're tired and it's freezing cold? That'd be getting out of bed early when you're tired and it's freezing cold and you actually could have stayed in bed! Eight am tute cancelled this morning as tutor a no show. Grrr.

Dilly-dallied home via the park. Frost on the ground and breath you can see, but a sunny morning. Lots of beautiful photo opportunities, but my crappy battery (battery life is about 5-10mins max when fully charged, which it was not!) wasn't allowing anything. The only way I could get a shot is to aim my camera at something, press the on button and shoot straight away. No zoom. No adjusting the frame. Had about a second each time before it'd turn itself off.

So, this is all I managed.

Working in a couple of hours but, first, am off for a nap. One of the best things to do on a freezing cold morning.
