Tomato, courgette and Brie Galette

Our own pastry, tomatoes and Brie (well they are mine because I paid for them, and our own courgettes- because I grew them. There are literally hundreds of tomatoes on the plants, but they are mostly still green. Come on sunshine ripen them please. I’ve had a great swim, just a short one, but still good. Now sitting waiting for ‘Our Numero Uno’ to come for his visit.
