Sidmouth and Budleigh

Another annual ritual is to head to Sidmouth, and as is often the case, we visited during Folk Festival week meaning there was a bigger buzz around the place. We always arrive early, coming over the tops from Otterton, and then mooching, shopping, grabbing a pasty and doing some photography. We then head for Budleigh Salterton to wander the pebbles, eat ice cream and this time do some celebrity spotting as well. Back to Topsham to mooch, read, drink local ale and watch the Olympics... and watch the river rise and fall...
