Flowers

A hot day but windy

This morning I took K to the doctors to get an appointment and we went back in the afternoon, antibiotics given.  We also went for a coffee this morning and then sat looking out over the River Thames.  This afternoon some gardening was undertaken, then we sat with a cup of tea and chatted.  The flower for blip and extra were taken here.  I don't know the name of the flower in extra, it is tall and more of a shrub, bees like it.
Had a walk this evening and picked up litter.
